Moved to Fair Oaks, California for 6 months, moved to Sacramento, California for 5 years, Mesa, Arizona for 8 years and Taylorsville, Utah for the last 26 years. Got divorced in 1996, remarried 1999 (same wonderful man), Have 11 grand children.

School Story:

Well, here goes...I remember the night of Seminary Graduation (3rd yr) so, Jr, Year, Sharon Sadler, Richard Shaw, me and one other person (I forgot who) decided we would go up to Providence to the Edgewood Estate (just to look around). We each dressed all in black & parked the car a little ways away from the gate and sneaked onto the property. The peacocks started screeching and so the occupant came out with a shotgun looking for the intruders. Well, we all jumped in the bushes and gutter, putting our heads down so he wouldn't see us and I put my face smack dab in the middle of a "fresh" cowpie. Breathing was not easy, nor was not screaming. It was hours (only a minute really) before he went back to the house and we got out of there as fast as we could. On our way back to the car, the sheriff rolled up and asked what we were up to. I think we told him we were out for a walk...anyway we went straight home. As they say, that's my story & I'm sticking to it.

That was so sweet of you to say! I got her in Sophmore & Junior years but stuck it out. Need I say, they weren’t my favorite classes. She was such a lonely lady. I had no idea you lost your dad so early. He sounded like a wonderful man!

1997 Out in the Black Rock Desert, Nevada with the "Spirit of America". That car was attempting to break the world land speed record, but the British team with Andy Green was able to beat them out by breaking the sound barrier at 760 miles per hour. This car did it too, but not before the Brits did it.
